Initial Nutrition Assessment

During this 60-90 minute session, we will discuss your medical history, lifestyle, medications, supplements, dietary choices along with your health concerns and nutrition-related goals. It will be conducted in an interview style and you can expect to leave with tailored recommendations for you and your needs along with some action steps.

Follow-up Sessions

In these 30-55 minute sessions, we will build upon the initial assessment. We may review goals you have been working on, review tests, and assess how things are going. Depending on your needs, these sessions can range from weekly to once a month.
